Who We Build For.
Custom fabrication and machining for manufacturers, machine builders, and engineers across SE Wisconsin. One shop, one engineer, no handoffs.
The work that doesn’t fit a production queue.
Most shops price by volume. This one quotes by job. If you need one part, one fixture, or one reverse-engineered drawing, the answer is yes.
Built for Each One Differently.
Industrial Automation
Nathan's day job is Mechanical Engineering manager at an SE Wisconsin automation firm. Fixture design, prototype components before tooling investment, and reverse engineering of worn automation parts are all work he does at production scale.
OEM Machine Builders
Equipment builders need structural frames, enclosures, and one-off components that don't justify a production run. Plasma cutting, press brake bending, PEM inserts, and welding all happen in one shop.
General Manufacturing
Replacement parts for equipment the OEM no longer supports. Custom tooling and workholding improvements for existing processes. One-off brackets, mounts, and adapters that need to be made right on a short timeline.
Automotive Suppliers
SE Wisconsin has a deep tier-2 and tier-3 supplier base. Welding fixtures, assembly jigs, and custom workholding for machining operations are common work. Prototype brackets before tooling is committed are a regular request.
Agricultural Equipment
Racine County has a long history of agricultural equipment manufacturing. Replacement parts for older machines with no surviving drawings, welded repairs, and custom attachments for equipment that predates modern supply chains.
Food & Beverage Processing
Wisconsin food processing needs stainless steel fabrication, equipment guards, and mounting hardware that meets sanitary requirements. TIG welding on stainless and in-house machining handle most requests without sending parts to multiple vendors.
Capabilities & Services
Every capability is in-house. No subcontractors, no coordination overhead.
